During the past term, the Women's Union of the Logistics and Technical Department has closely followed the political tasks of the unit, innovated the content and methods of operation, implemented comprehensively and effectively; focused on building a team of cadres and members to develop comprehensively, meeting the requirements in the conditions of streamlining the apparatus and digital transformation.

Colonel To Viet Ha, Deputy Commissar of the Logistics and Technical Department, gave a speech at the congress.

The Association has become increasingly strong, completing and exceeding the targets set out in the Resolution of the previous term; effectively participating in many movements and competitions such as "Composing communication messages on gender equality in natural disaster prevention and control", promoting "Caring for and protecting children, preventing domestic violence" through video clips. The movement "Women help each other develop family economy " continues to be maintained effectively with practical models such as "Interest-free capital pooling group", "Raising piggy banks for savings".

In the past 5 years, there have been 5 groups and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in women's work, for women's advancement and gender equality, and were awarded certificates of merit by the General Department of Politics, the Military Region Command, and the Logistics and Technical Department.

The Congress determined the direction of the new term with two breakthrough contents: Promoting the application of technology and digital transformation in professional work; improving the qualifications, capacity and effectiveness of women's work of the association's staff.

In his speech, Colonel To Viet Ha acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Association in the past term. He requested the new Executive Committee to continue to fully grasp the directives, resolutions, and instructions of superiors; innovate the content and methods of operation, in accordance with the tasks and aspirations of members, creating a breakthrough in the emulation movement associated with the "Digital Popular Education" movement.

Leaders of the Department of Logistics and Engineering presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of the Department of Logistics and Engineering for the 2025-2030 term.

He emphasized the need to focus on political and ideological education , fostering mettle, expertise, and technological skills to meet the requirements of digital transformation; building determination and sense of responsibility; promoting the role of women in the family and society; continuing to effectively maintain the models: "Raising piggy banks", "Contributing revolving capital", "Gift boxes to support the sponsoring mothers of military soldiers", practical charitable activities that are highly appreciated by superiors.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of the Logistics and Technical Department for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 3 comrades.
