Speaking at the congress, Colonel Tran Viet Ha praised the Central Women's Union for its solidarity, initiative, creativity, and successful completion of the set goals and tasks in the 2021-2025 period; building a strong Union, promoting its functions and tasks, and implementing activities that attracted a large number of members to participate. Cadres and members promoted their abilities and creativity in studying, working, and building prosperous, progressive, and happy families.

The Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Center 386 requested cadres and members to promote the achieved results, deploy association activities and women's movements in accordance with the Resolution of the Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
