More than 2,000 recruitment targets at the Tien Thang Commune Job Fair in 2025

HNP - On October 4, the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs coordinated with the People's Committee of Tien Thang commune to organize a mobile job fair, attracting more than 30 businesses and thousands of workers to apply.

In his opening speech, Chairman of Tien Thang Commune People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hai said that the problem of job creation for workers in the commune still faces many difficulties. Workers have difficulty finding suitable jobs, employers need workers, but lack information, lack of highly skilled workers, and recruitment of vocational training institutions also faces many difficulties, directly affecting the work of solving labor and employment problems.

Comrade Nguyen Minh Hai hopes that the job fair will be a focal point to provide employees and employers with information on labor supply and demand so that they can choose and find jobs that suit their conditions and qualifications. The job fair has directly connected employers and job seekers.

The job fair also creates conditions for businesses in need of recruiting workers, job placement centers, and vocational training schools to organize consulting, career guidance, recruitment, and enrollment activities.

On the recruitment day, businesses had a need to recruit 2,180 positions. The units participating in direct recruitment at this job fair have high brands and reputations, attractive salaries and diverse occupations, such as: Sales staff; office staff; warehouse managers; engineers; tailors; drivers; general laborers.
