Multiply the joy of love
Although the Mid-Autumn Festival program at Horn Vietnam Co., Ltd. (An Duong Industrial Park) started at 6 p.m., Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen, a worker in the production line, quickly returned to her boarding house to take her son to the Mid-Autumn Festival program early. “Children of migrant workers like me are at a disadvantage because most of them only play in small, cramped boarding rooms with few friends. Therefore, the children are very excited and look forward to these meaningful, lively group activities,” Ms. Huyen explained.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Duong, Chairman of the Trade Union of Nissei Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Phuc Dien Industrial Park) said that to encourage workers' children to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, the company has just given more than 1,100 Mid-Autumn gifts to children of union members and workers, with a value of 200,000 VND/gift.
In August 2025, in the "Union Meal" program, the company also gave 20 gifts to encourage union members' children in difficult circumstances. These are meaningful gifts, taking care of the lives of union members' families.
At Sumidenso Company Limited (Dai An Industrial Park, Tu Minh Ward), the company's Union coordinated with business leaders to present more than 12,600 gifts to children of union members and workers, with a total value of more than 3 billion VND. The City Labor Federation presented 275 gifts.

Caring companion
On the occasion of this year's Mid-Autumn Festival, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation encourages grassroots unions to organize activities in conjunction with industries, families, schools, local authorities, and businesses to organize a variety of Mid-Autumn Festival activities for children of union members and workers, based on practical situations.
Responding to the movements launched by the City Labor Federation, many grassroots unions have taken the initiative to organize their own Mid-Autumn Festival. This is also an opportunity for workers to introduce their workplace to their relatives and family.
Mr. Yu Peng Hui, General Director of Horn Vietnam Co., Ltd. (An Duong Industrial Park) said: In Vietnam, Mid-Autumn Festival is not only a festival for children, but also a festival for family reunion. Therefore, the company's leaders agreed with the proposal of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to organize the Mid-Autumn Festival for workers' children right in the front yard of factory No. 8. "We hope this activity will be a memorable memory for many families of workers in the company and hope that the workers will actively contribute their strength, intelligence, and long-term dedication to Horn Vietnam Co., Ltd." - Mr. Yu Peng Hui emphasized.

Units in the city also joined hands to organize the Mid-Autumn Festival at enterprises, bringing joy to every worker and family. Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Huong, Director of the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Labor Cultural Palace, informed: This year's Mid-Autumn Festival, the unit coordinated with a number of enterprises in industrial parks in the city to organize performances of modern dance, singing, folk dance, unicorn dance, serving the children of workers. In the future, the unit will coordinate with enterprises to organize martial arts classes, MCs, flower arrangement art... for the children of workers.
To bring the Mid-Autumn Festival to more workers' families and spread it more widely, this year, the City Labor Federation has given 14,000 gifts to children of workers in difficult circumstances. Of which, 6,000 gifts are given to industrial parks alone, each worth 500,000 VND. "The gifts are simple but contain deep affection, demonstrating the responsibility and companionship of the trade union organization towards workers and their families" - Vice President of the City Labor Federation Do Van Quyet said.
Each Mid-Autumn Festival program organized for workers' children at the enterprise is a practical and warm spiritual gift, demonstrating the concern, care and responsibility of the whole society for children. This is also a way for enterprises to connect more with workers, creating motivation for workers to work enthusiastically and stay long-term.
