Power grid troubleshooting after storm No. 3

Due to the impact of storm No. 3 (from July 19 to 23), the power grid system in the communes of Phu Binh, Diem Thuy, Tan Khanh, Tan Thanh, Kha Son was severely affected. Currently, the Phu Binh Regional Power Management Team is focusing on overcoming the consequences to ensure safety, serving the lives, production and activities of the people.

According to statistics, after the storm passed, the above communes suffered broken medium and low voltage power poles on 22kV and 0.4kV lines belonging to a number of transformer stations managed by the Phu Binh Regional Power Management Team. Specifically: 22kV lines had 2 broken and cracked poles, 11 broken poles on 0.4kV lines, the number of customers affected by power outages reached nearly 2,900 households.

The Phu Binh regional power management team has requested units to concentrate and be on standby to promptly handle many electrical incidents and urgently fix them. Up to this point, the broken poles have been fixed by erecting temporary iron poles, ensuring safe power supply to households.

Currently, the unit is also focusing on human resources to coordinate with construction contractors to survey broken column locations and replace new columns as quickly as possible.
