Design improvements

The Galaxy Z Flip5 features a waterdrop hinge that works brilliantly, being light enough to open with one hand but sturdy enough to keep the phone open even at wide angles. This also helps to hide the crease of the inner display better.

The crease on the fold of the screen has been significantly reduced.

When opened, the phone isn't any thinner than its predecessor, but the removal of the gap has reduced it by 2mm when closed, making it easier to slip into a pocket. The polished aluminum frame contrasts nicely with the color options on it and gives it a premium feel.
