On the morning of October 2, in Hanoi, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) held a conference to review 15 years of implementing the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's" to participate in building new rural areas; to review Project 938 "Propaganda, education, mobilization, and support for women to participate in solving a number of social issues related to women in the period 2017 - 2027" and the Godmother program. Attending the program were about 300 delegates who are leaders of ministries, departments, branches, unions, and associations at the central level; leaders of localities; former leaders of the Vietnam Women's Union through the periods; leaders of the Women's Unions of provinces, cities, and affiliated units. The program was connected online with 34 connecting points in provinces and cities nationwide.

This time, Khanh Hoa province has 1 collective and 1 individual who were commended for their outstanding performance in the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's and 3 clean's" which are the Provincial Women's Union and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ninh - Head of the Family Club of 5 with 3 clean's, Head of the Women's Union of Hiep Hoa village, Ninh Phuoc commune. 2 outstanding individuals who were commended for their performance in the Godmother program are Ms. Nguyen Quynh Nga - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union and Mr. Bui Ngoc Hung - Deputy Head of the Culture - Social Committee of Tay Ninh Hoa commune.
