Prosecuted 2 clinics with foreign elements for counterfeiting seals

On August 5, authorized by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, Major General Vu Xuan Vien, Director of Da Nang City Police, awarded the units that discovered the case of "Forgery of seals and documents of agencies and organizations" and "Using fake seals or documents of agencies and organizations" against two medical facilities with foreign elements in Da Nang.

Through the work of grasping the situation, the Internal Political Security Department, the Investigation Security Department, the Economic Police Department, the Cam Le District Police and the Thanh Khe District Police have discovered and collected a lot of information and documents on the illegal activities of two medical facilities with foreign elements having headquarters and branches operating in Da Nang City and many other provinces and cities, including: Huu Nghi General Clinic (Thanh Khe District) and Mien Trung General Clinic (Cam Le District).

These are two notorious private clinics that have been fined many times by Da Nang City authorities.

Accordingly, Da Nang City Police initiated two cases of "Forgery of seals and documents of agencies and organizations" and "Using fake seals or documents of agencies and organizations" under Article 341 of the Penal Code against the above establishments. At the same time, prosecuted 7 defendants related to these two establishments.

Currently, the authorities continue to investigate and expand.
