Tuyen Quang: Where the flood recedes, damage is overcome

Storm No. 10 has caused serious consequences in Tuyen Quang province. The water level measured at Ha Giang station has exceeded the historical flood peak of 1969. Wards Ha Giang 1, Ha Giang 2, Tan Quang, Vi Xuyen, Bac Quang communes... are experiencing record floods in many years with some areas being 3-4m deep. Thousands of households have been severely affected, people's lives have been completely disrupted. Faced with this situation, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police urgently mobilized officers and soldiers to be on duty day and night, urgently supporting people to overcome the storm and flood.
