Food safety inspection in the 2023 high school graduation exam

BBK - In order to minimize the risk of food poisoning that may occur during the 2023 high school graduation exam, the Interdisciplinary Steering Committee on Food Safety and Hygiene of Bac Kan City is inspecting many food service establishments in the area.

The interdisciplinary delegation of Bac Kan City inspected food safety and hygiene conditions at the kitchen of Bac Kan Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.

The interdisciplinary steering committee includes forces such as: Medical Center, Police, Market Management, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Kan city and health station staff of communes and wards. From June 26 to 29, the interdisciplinary delegation organized a review and assessment of compliance with the Law on Food Safety and State regulations on food hygiene and safety for households and establishments providing food services, confectionery, and soft drinks; inspected the collective kitchen of Bac Kan Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, some establishments, restaurants in the vicinity of the examination site and some locations arranged for the examination council to eat together...

Through the inspection, the Interdisciplinary Team promptly corrected shortcomings and weaknesses in state management of food safety; detected, prevented, and handled violations of food safety... to ensure the 2023 high school graduation exam takes place safely./.
