At the press conference on the proposed agenda of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Delegation Affairs Committee Ta Thi Yen answered questions from the press regarding personnel work at the session.
Ms. Ta Thi Yen emphasized that, in addition to the contents of legislation, supervision and decision-making on issues and policies on socio -economic development, personnel work is a highlight that voters and people are particularly interested in at the session.
Based on the decision of the Central Executive Committee and the submission of competent authorities, the National Assembly will consider and decide on a number of personnel matters within its authority.
This is a regular activity to ensure the succession, stability and efficiency of the apparatus in the new situation and the entire personnel process is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the law; ensuring democracy, objectivity and transparency; National Assembly deputies will exercise their rights and responsibilities before the people and voters through secret ballot to ensure the principles of centralism and democracy.
"Currently, competent authorities are completing personnel records procedures in accordance with regulations and it is expected that personnel work will be carried out on the last day of the first week of the National Assembly session. It can be affirmed that personnel work at this session will also be carefully and methodically prepared. This is not only a step in perfecting the organization of the apparatus at the end of the term, but also creating a foundation for the activities and effectiveness of the state apparatus in the next period," said Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation Affairs Committee Ta Thi Yen.
