Lai Chau: Opening of training course on decentralization, delegation of power, and determination of authority in the land sector

(laichau.gov.vn) The conference was organized by the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lai Chau province in coordination with the Department of Land Management (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) this morning (October 23).

Attending the training conference on Lai Chau province side were comrades Ha Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Bui Huy Phuong - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; representatives of leaders of some departments, branches and sectors of the province; representatives of leaders of the People's Committee, Economic Department and experts in charge of land sector of communes and wards; leaders and experts of departments and units under the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

On the side of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, there were comrade Doan Thi Thanh My - Deputy Director of the Department of Land Management (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment); experts and leaders of departments under the Department of Land Management.

During the 2 days, delegates will be presented with topics including: Overview of the Land Law and decentralization, delegation of power, and determination of authority in the land sector; information system, national database on land; land allocation, land lease, permission to change land use purposes; land recovery, compensation, support, and resettlement; construction and adjustment of land price lists; specific land valuation; registration and issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land.

Comrade Ha Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered the opening speech at the Conference.

Speaking at the opening of the training conference, comrade Ha Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that this is a conference of special importance to unify awareness and implementation methods in the whole industry, ensuring that the major policies of the Party and State on organizing a streamlined administrative apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently are implemented synchronously and systematically. At the same time, he hoped that comrades of the Department of Land Management with a lot of experience would help convey useful knowledge to the delegates attending the conference to fully absorb the knowledge; actively exchange content that is still stuck and needs to be resolved... thereby improving management capacity, better performing tasks in the field of land.

The conference aims to promptly and fully propagate and disseminate important contents of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15 and Decrees and Circulars detailing and guiding its implementation to cadres, civil servants and public employees of provincial departments, branches and sectors; People's Committees of communes, wards and organizations operating in the province.

Comrade Pham Thi Thinh - Head of the Department of Land Measurement and Registration ( Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) introduced the topic at the Conference.

According to the plan, the training conference will last until October 24. Immediately after the opening of the conference, delegates were introduced to the topic of Land Law and decentralization, delegation of power, and determination of authority in the land sector.
