At the Congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province Ho Van Muoi informed that, on the basis of absorbing 61 contents of the presentations of party organizations and the presentations at the Congress, 68 comments were contributed in the group.

The majority of opinions highly agreed with the draft document and assessed that the draft document was carefully, seriously, thoroughly and methodically prepared; the content was highly general, closely following the major policies and orientations of the Central Committee. The Congress voted 100% unanimously to pass the Resolution of the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, with the development goal: "Building a clean and strong Party; leading comprehensive development, taking stability as the foundation, taking socio -economic development as the central task, taking happiness and prosperity of the people as the goal to strive for; by 2030, Lam Dong province will become a fairly developed province, one of the dynamic growth poles of the region in the era of national development".

At the same time, the congress identified key targets for the 2025-2030 term, such as striving to achieve an average GRDP growth rate of 10 to 10.5%; GRDP per capita by 2030 reaching 6,700 to 7,500 USD; total social investment capital accounting for 35 to 40% of GRDP; human development index (HDI) reaching about 0.75; striving to have basically no poor households by 2030. Forest coverage rate reaching over 46.2%; the rate of production and business establishments meeting environmental requirements reaching about 98%.
