Spreading patriotic emulation spirit in Khanh Hoa

On the afternoon of October 15, in Tay Nha Trang ward (Khanh Hoa province), the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province organized the 1st Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025-2030), with the participation of 242 typical and advanced delegates.

This is an important political event to celebrate the success of the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, towards the 14th National Party Congress and the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.

The Congress summarized the emulation movement for the 2020-2025 period, honored advanced models and set out directions for the next 5 years.

The Congress announced the President's decision to award the Third Class Independence Medal to the Department of Home Affairs of Khanh Hoa province; the First Class Labor Medal to Mr. Tran Ngoc Thanh, former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province; the Second Class Labor Medal to 8 individuals; and the Third Class Labor Medal to 22 individuals.

The Congress also announced the Government's decision to award emulation flags to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Home Affairs; to award certificates of merit from the Prime Minister to 30 collectives and individuals; to award certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to 30 collectives...

In his speech, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh suggested that the province's patriotic emulation movement should continue to be innovated more strongly, linked with the implementation of political tasks of each sector, each locality and the whole province; linking the implementation of emulation movements with the implementation of the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

In particular, innovate the commendation work in a timely, public, fair, and appropriate manner; replicate good models and practices, ensure accurate honoring and rewarding, have exemplary, educational, and widespread effects. Select the right advanced models to commend, honor, and reward promptly, targeting direct workers; ensure publicity, transparency, and compliance with regulations in emulation and commendation, and rectify the situation of showing off and chasing achievements...
