Collecting public opinions via VNeID for draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress

Draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress will be consulted through conferences, seminars, forums, VNeID and letters from October 15 to November 15, 2025.

On the afternoon of October 15, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission coordinated with relevant agencies to hold an international press conference to announce the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party to collect opinions from cadres, party members and people.

At the press conference, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Lai Xuan Mon said that the 13th Party Central Committee Conference recently met and decided on important tasks, including approving and especially emphasizing the importance of draft documents to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress.

This is important content directly related to the success of the 14th Party Congress, to the goal of rapid and sustainable development, and to improving people's real lives.

The content of the document basically meets the requirements for submission to the 14th National Congress of the Party, shaping the strategic thinking, vision and development orientation of the country until the mid-21st century.

The leader of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission said that in order to prepare well for the 14th National Party Congress, the 13th Central Conference directed to continue to supplement and perfect the content of documents. The documents need to be concise, profound, demonstrate strategic vision, affirm three strategic breakthroughs in new conditions of institutions, infrastructure and human resources. Clarify digital transformation, green transformation, regional connectivity, smart cities; focus on marine economy , cultural economy. It is important to quantify targets and roadmaps for feasible implementation.

According to Mr. Lai Xuan Mon, the announcement of collecting comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, unions, cadres, party members, people and our compatriots abroad on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress aims to gather and promote the wisdom and mastery of the people to contribute to the Party in formulating important guidelines, policies and decisions of the country. The time for collecting comments is from October 15 to November 15, 2025.

Regarding the form of collecting opinions, Mr. Lai Xuan Mon said it was carried out through 3 forms: Organizing to collect opinions through conferences, seminars, and discussions; through the VNeID application and through mail.

The leader of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission emphasized that this contributes to improving the quality of draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party; consolidating and fostering people's trust in the Party; and making the Party's ideas conform to people's wishes.

Through that, it creates high unity in awareness, action and determination in the entire Party, people and army to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.

Documents requesting public comments include:

(1) Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th National Congress of the Party, titled: "Under the glorious flag of the Party, join hands and unite to successfully implement the country's development goals by 2030; strategic autonomy, self-reliance, self-confidence, and strong progress in the era of national growth for peace, independence, democracy, wealth, prosperity, civilization, happiness, and steady progress towards socialism";

(2) Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam;

(3) Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025) and proposing directions for supplementing and amending the Party Charter.
