Not only are the performances at the Festival carefully invested in artistic quality, they also ensure effective propaganda in the new situation.
The Festival was attended by 8 mobile propaganda teams from the Cultural-Information and Sports Centers under the People's Committees of communes and wards in the western part of Gia Lai province. Accordingly, the units competed in 4 competitions: Oral propaganda, art performance, information drama and decoration, and parade of propaganda vehicles.

Meritorious Artist Chu Thi Thuy Ha - Head of the Jury, commented: For the cheering performance, the teams invested more elaborately than in previous years. Most of the programs focused on stage form, costumes, and props; actors practiced thoroughly, effectively promoting the traditional art forms of their nation.
The most appreciated performance at the Festival was the cultural and sports program of Chu Pah Commune Culture-Information and Sports Center with singing and dancing performances: New Day in the Homeland, Ho Chi Minh Song, Communist Storytelling, Party Flag, I Love My Fatherland, Vietnam - Thousand Years of Brocade ... The performances were all carefully prepared, seamlessly connected and creative, creating an overall program that was pleasing to the eye and full of emotions.

Ms. Ro Cham Yol - Official of the Culture, Information and Sports Center of Chu Pah commune said: "To participate in a big program like this, the whole team has focused on practicing to bring the best possible results. The members also brought to the Festival the spirit of exchange and learning with other teams to return to their localities to better carry out the propaganda work of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to the people in the villages".
According to the Jury's assessment, the oral propaganda competition of the teams also did a good job of propagating policies as well as current issues of concern such as: merger, streamlining the apparatus, implementing a 2-level government, digital transformation..., typically the teams Dak Po, Chu Pah, Ayun Pa...
In the competition of decorating and parading propaganda vehicles, the teams also showed creativity and harmony in layout and color; solid, safe, neat and beautiful structure, ensuring highly effective visual propaganda. This competition recognized the efforts of teams Chu Se, Dak Doa, Chu Pah, An Khe...

Another equally attractive content at the Festival is the information drama with many meaningful works, rich in education and humanity, focusing on current topics with high warnings such as: "The last letter from a daughter to her friends"; "One door - one smile", "Public administration and people's trust"... Some actors also showed their professional acting ability, bringing the audience emotions and refreshing laughter.
Talking to reporters, Ms. Ksor Huong, an official of the Ia Pa Commune Culture, Information and Sports Center, expressed her joy when the unit won the A prize in the information drama category with the work "The Last Letter a Daughter Sent to Her Friends". Notably, Ksor Huong is both the scriptwriter and the main actress in the play. The work addresses a burning social issue, which is the reality that many young people who are eager for "easy jobs with high salaries" fall into the trap of scammers and pay a heavy price, in some cases losing their lives in foreign lands.

Ms. Huong shared: “The work is inspired by local reality and stories in newspapers and social networks. I am very happy that the audience is interested in the play, through which the work also contributes to warning about an urgent current situation.”
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tan Ba - Deputy Director of Dam San Music and Dance Theater, Deputy Head of the Festival Organizing Committee, commented: The removal of the intermediate level, leaving only the provincial and communal levels, has somewhat made it difficult to mobilize forces to participate in the Festival.
“However, above all, the propaganda teams still came here, bringing with them enthusiasm, love for the profession and a desire to contribute to write a memorable mark for the province's mobile propaganda movement. It can be said that this Festival is not only a competition but also a meeting full of affection, a word of gratitude for a journey full of hardships but also full of pride. Over the past 3 decades, the mobile propaganda movement of Gia Lai province has quietly spread, quietly but persistently, bringing songs, lyrics, and cultural light to every village, forest, and small hamlet.”
The Deputy Director of the Dam San Music and Dance Theater affirmed: "The image of a propagandist working hard on the red dusty roads, the old loudspeaker still resounding in the middle of the forest is a symbol of the spirit of dedication, of a heart always turned towards the people."
