Binh Dinh - As the two key events of the "Amazing Binh Dinh Fest" week taking place in Quy Nhon City in the last 10 days of March 2024, the F1H2O Motor Boat Race and the UIM-ABP Aquabike International Water Motorcycle Race are expected to attract a large number of tourists to the "land of martial arts and literature".

In March 2024, in Quy Nhon City, the "Amazing Binh Dinh Fest" week with a series of top sporting events for the first time in Vietnam will officially take place. The highlight of the week is the F1H2O Powerboat Race and the UIM-ABP Aquabike International Water Motorcycle Race.

The F1H2O UIM World Championship will be held on March 29 - 31, promising to "treat" the audience with beautiful performances, skillful techniques, top speed and dramatic chases.

According to the Organizing Committee, the F1H2O Powerboat Race will have the following rounds: Qualifying round for pole position; Sprint Race; Final Race. In this race, Binh Dinh Team - Vietnam will compete with 9 teams from countries such as China, Saudi Arabia, France, Finland, Türkiye, etc.

Also within the framework of the event, the UIM-ABP Aquabike Race, organized by the International Extreme Sports Federation (UIM) and the Association of Aquabike Professionals (ABP), will take place from March 22 to March 24. The race will have the participation of 70 racers from 30 countries.

"We are reviewing and finalizing the event script. It is expected that the UIM-ABP Aquabike International Water Motorcycle Race and the UIM F1H2O International Professional Boat Race in Binh Dinh will welcome about 50,000 domestic visitors and 10,000 international visitors," said a representative of Binh Dinh F1 Joint Stock Company.

The leader of Binh Dinh Department of Tourism said that the unit has directed organizations and individuals providing tourism services in the province to prepare well for the race. At the same time, the Department has also sent documents to localities and sectors to coordinate in implementing security and safety measures to serve tourists.
