At the Conference, Lieutenant Colonel Dam Oanh, Brigade Commander of Brigade 127, handed over his duties and responsibilities to Lieutenant Colonel Pham Luong Hao, Deputy Brigade Commander and Chief of Staff of Brigade 127.

Previously, according to the decision of the Standing Committee of the Navy Party Committee, Lieutenant Colonel Dam Oanh was appointed to the position of Chief of Office of the Navy Command.
