Bringing a warm and happy Tet to people in border areas

This is an activity to visit, encourage, and give Tet gifts to poor households, policy families, families with difficult circumstances, poor students who overcome difficulties to study well to have a warm and happy Tet in 6 border districts in Binh Phuoc province and to show gratitude to outstanding individuals in social security charity activities, community health care and entrepreneurs and businesses that have contributed to the economic development of the country.

Speaking at the program, Prof. Dr., Major General Nguyen Dinh Duoc, Director of the Institute of Human Resources Research, said: In recent years, the program "Warm Spring, Sharing Tet" along with charity, poverty reduction, and humanitarian programs of units, organizations and individuals across the country for overseas Vietnamese have contributed to the successful implementation of the major policies of the Party, State and Government in the work of gratitude and social security, in the spirit of socialization.

It is known that in 2023, the Institute of Human Resources Research; Institute for Development of Community Health Care Culture, Electronic Magazine of Culture and Development; Institute for Finance and Trade Cooperation in Southeast Asia mobilized organizations, individuals, and charitable activists to participate in supporting resources to give Tet gifts to poor households, policy families, and poor students who overcome difficulties to study well.

With gifts given directly to poor households full of humanity and affection on the eve of the New Year, aiming to contribute to sharing difficulties, creating motivation for the poor to overcome difficulties, rise up in life and is a practical action in response to the emulation movement "For the poor, no one is left behind" in the period 2021-2025 launched by the Government .

Sharing at the program, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Deputy of the 15th National Assembly, said: The program "Warm Spring, Sharing Tet" aims to respond to the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" launched by the Prime Minister. This is what the entire political system, sectors, levels, localities and especially all of us sitting here today need to do.

According to the content of the activity, after today's program ends, we will have a journey to give gifts to the poor in 6 border districts of Binh Phuoc province.

Mr. Vuong Duy Bien, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, former Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism shared: Through the program, we are committed to remote areas, isolated places, places where people are more difficult than in the plains.
