MB received the Vietnam Digital Transformation 2025 award with a pioneering set of technology solutions

Following previous years, this year, the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) continues to receive the award "Outstanding digital transformation enterprise and public service unit" at the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards 2025 thanks to its comprehensive technology solutions applying artificial intelligence and automation in customer service.

On October 8, at the Military Radio and Television Center ( Hanoi ), the Vietnam Digital Communications Association and VietTimes Electronic Magazine organized the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards Ceremony - Vietnam Digital Awards (VDA) 2025. The ceremony was attended by leaders of ministries, representatives of state management agencies and the technology business community.

At the event, MB was honored with a trio of breakthrough technology solutions, including an AI application to protect customer transactions on the MB application (App Protection), a solution to automate the entire credit product process for micro-SMEs, and the application of technology and data to completely automate the credit limit renewal process for the micro-SME segment.

The solution of applying artificial intelligence to protect transactions on the MB application demonstrates the bank's commitment to ensuring absolute safety for more than 35 million customers. The AI system is deeply integrated into the application, capable of detecting and preventing fraud, cyber attacks and security threats in real time, contributing to improving the experience and trust of customers when using digital banking services.

The App Protection solution on the MBBank App is designed as an advanced layer of protection in the banking security system, playing an important role in protecting customers' personal information.

Two automated solutions for micro-enterprises mark an important step forward in the comprehensive digitalization of the credit process. The automation from registration, appraisal to approval and disbursement helps to significantly shorten processing time, reduce paperwork and improve access to capital for small businesses.

In particular, the automatic credit limit renewal solution is based on data analysis and transaction behavior, allowing customers to quickly renew their limit without complicated procedures.

Held annually since 2018, sponsored by the Ministry of Information and Communications , now the Ministry of Science and Technology, Vietnam Digital Awards has become one of the leading prestigious programs, recognizing and honoring pioneering efforts in digital transformation nationwide.

Vietnam Digital Awards 2025 - the 8th season taking place in the context of the country entering a period of accelerating the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation - has left a special mark.

Through a serious and objective evaluation process, 52 agencies, businesses, public service units and individuals representing the national digital transformation journey were honored.
