New Year, confidently entering a new era

New Spring has come to all parts of the Fatherland, our beloved homeland. Heaven and earth are in harmony to welcome spring with faith and aspiration for a new year of breakthrough success, so that Thai Binh can confidently enter a new era - an era of national growth.

In 2024, in the midst of the country's common difficulties, plus the severe consequences of typhoon Yagi, the Party Committee, government and people of Thai Binh have clearly demonstrated their mettle, intelligence, and unity, gradually overcoming difficulties, synchronously and effectively implementing socio -economic development tasks, achieving quite comprehensive results in all fields. Gross regional domestic product (GRDP) increased by 7.01% compared to 2023. Agriculture and rural areas have seen many improvements; to date, the whole province has 40 communes meeting advanced new rural standards, 2 communes meeting model new rural standards. The Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee have directed a review of bottlenecks, "bottlenecks", and barriers in each industry and field, as well as difficulties and obstacles of enterprises to promptly resolve them. With the spirit of "overcoming the sun and rain", "going through holidays", key projects have been accelerated, some have been completed and put into use, promoting investment efficiency. The new vision and new space opened from the Provincial Planning have opened the way for regional, inter-regional and dynamic economic connections, promoting the socio-economic development of the province. Thai Binh Economic Zone has been invested and gradually become the key point and driving force for the province's economic development, ready to welcome "eagles to nest", contributing to making the investment attraction picture more colorful. In particular, the province's foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction reached over 1 billion USD. Thai Binh still maintains its top position in the country in disbursing public investment capital. Cultural and social fields have made much progress. Social security is guaranteed. National defense and security are maintained. The appearance from urban to rural areas has many innovations in the direction of civilization and modernity. The material and spiritual life of the people is constantly improving and raising.

The work of building the Party and the political system received special attention, leaving good impressions. The entire Party Committee carried out extensive political activities, seriously "self-examining", strictly "self-correcting" in the spirit of the resolutions and conclusions of the 4th Central Conference (terms XI, XII, XIII); improved the quality of Party Committee and Party cell activities; promoted the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; fulfilled the exemplary responsibility of cadres and Party members, especially the heads of Party Committees and authorities at all levels; strengthened the prevention and fight against corruption, waste and negativity. Thereby spreading good values, continuing to consolidate and strengthen people's trust in the Party's leadership.

The achievements and results are truly proud, not only stopping at numbers but also having much greater significance because the more difficult the situation, the more we strive to rise up. And the greatest achievement is to create new position and strength, new vitality crystallized by "Party's will, people's heart", creating a solid foundation for the province's development in the new journey.

The Spring of At Ty has come in an exciting atmosphere, the country's fortune and position are on the rise, the people's hearts are gathered, and they have confidence in the Party's leadership and in the country's renewal cause. In the exciting atmosphere of celebrating the Party - celebrating the spring and full of confidence, the Party Committee, government and people of Thai Binh are highly determined, making great efforts and taking drastic actions to comprehensively complete the goals and tasks in 2025, creating a solid premise for successfully implementing the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress. To realize that great goal, first of all, Party committees at all levels must thoroughly grasp and seriously organize the implementation of the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, especially the new directions of the Central Committee and of General Secretary To Lam on strongly innovating the Party's leadership methods; the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity to bring the country into a new era - the era of national development.
