Accordingly, at noon of the same day, military aircraft number 90, type Su22 of Regiment 929 - Division 372 of the Air Defense - Air Force, piloted by pilot Do Tien Duc, crashed in the Sa Cat area, Binh Ninh block, Dien Nam Bac ward.

Initial cause according to information provided by the pilot: While on a training flight, the plane lost control, the pilot parachuted to the ground safely, the plane crashed and made an explosion.

Currently, the pilot is in stable health and has been taken to Radar Station 41 located in Dien Nam Bac ward to rest.

Damage to people and property: The plane crash injured a resident of Dien Nam Bac ward (Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung), currently being treated at Vinh Duc General Hospital; damaged the tiled roof and collapsed the wall of Nguyen Thanh Chinh's household with an area of ​​nearly 100 square meters.

Currently, Dien Ban Town People's Committee is directing the Town Military Command, Town Police, Dien Nam Trung Ward People's Committee, Dien Nam Bac Ward People's Committee to cordon off the area where the plane crashed, disperse people to protect the scene, and coordinate with Regiment 929 - Division 372, Air Defense - Air Force to handle the incident in accordance with prescribed procedures.
