After the music night, the Organizing Committee will continue to carry out activities to promote Vietnamese tourism, introducing the country's cultural and natural beauty to international audiences, thereby contributing to raising the image of Vietnam on the global cultural map.

According to General Director Pham Hoang Nam, one thing that the artists appearing in the project “Good Morning Vietnam” have in common is that they all bring instrumental music. Inherently, instrumental music stimulates the imagination of the audience.

“The group’s name, Secret Garden, is very evocative. We will bring a special stage, taking the audience into a secret garden with music and light. The stage will be very soft, romantic and sexy. I believe this will be one of the most beautiful stages of Secret Garden,” the general director shared.

Another special point is that the Organizing Committee has provided the best and most modern conditions for sound and light for the music night.

According to IB Group President Nguyen Thuy Duong, the Organizing Committee imported a world-class modern sound system, which has been used by world-famous artists and bands such as Black Pink, Taylor Swift, Coldplay... Even Secret Garden was surprised that the music night was equipped with such a modern sound system.

Accordingly, nearly 30 works will be performed by the Secret Garden band, divided into three themes: Nature, beautiful scenery; human relationships; culture.

Secret Garden is an Irish-Norwegian duo of musicians and artists consisting of Rolf Løvland (composer, pianist) and Fionnuala Sherry (violinist). The group became known worldwide after winning the prestigious Eurovision Song Contest 1995 with the song “Nocturne” - a piece with almost no words but still conquered the audience with its chamber depth and expressive performance, opening up their distinctive lyrical-classical-New Age musical identity. This victory paved the way for the duo to become the representative faces of the classical crossover genre.

His debut album , “Songs from a Secret Garden” (1996), quickly made an impact, going platinum in Norway and South Korea, and spending 101 weeks on the Billboard New Age chart. Many of the album’s tracks have also entered Asian cultural life and art cinema – for example, “Adagio” from Wong Kar-wai’s “2046” shows the diffusion of chamber music beyond the traditional concert hall. In 2025, the album was reissued to mark its 30th anniversary, affirming the relevance of the Secret Garden sonic legacy to a new audience.

Information about the program in Vietnam was shared by the band on Fanpage.

Secret Garden’s “You Raise Me Up” (music: Rolf Løvland, lyrics: Brendan Graham) has been recorded by over 100 artists – from Josh Groban to Westlife – and has entered popular culture as the “emotional anthem” for graduations, celebratory events, and other moments of emotional uplift. Westlife’s version reached number one on the UK Singles Chart in 2005, turning a tune that originated as a chamber music project into a cultural phenomenon – a prime example of the ability to bridge the gap between chamber music and pop.

“Secret Garden Live in Vietnam” takes place at 7:30 p.m. on October 18 at the National Convention Center, My Dinh, promising to be a musical night full of emotions on the stage of Hanoi./.

Launched in 2023, “Good Morning Vietnam” is an international music project initiated and organized annually for the community, with the mission of bringing world-class music to Vietnam, while spreading the cultural and historical values of the beautiful country of Vietnam to the world. Two previous events that created a buzz include “Kenny G Live in Vietnam” (November 2023) opening the series of programs, and “Bond Live in Vietnam” (October 2024) with all ticket sales going to charity.
