TIEN PHONG PLASTIC IS A LISTED ENTERPRISE WITH GOOD GOVERNANCE IN 2023 - 2024

On November 8, in Hanoi , the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) held the 2024 Annual Business Conference to summarize listing and trading registration activities and promote the application of good corporate governance practices. At the conference, the HNX representative said that the report on the results of the Program for assessing the quality of information disclosure and transparency of large-scale public companies registered for trading on the HNX in the period of 2023 - 2024 (abbreviated: CBTTMB) showed that the average assessment score of the companies was 54.74 points. This number increased by 10.98 points compared to the average assessment result in 2022-2023 (43.76 points).

In this context, information disclosure and transparency of business operations are key conditions to maintain trust in the market, contributing to the effective operation of the market, fairness and sustainable development for businesses.
