FPT honored at AI4VN 2025 with a series of individual and collective awards

On September 26, 2025, in Hanoi, the AI4VN 2025 event with the theme "Vietnam in the Global AI Race", FPT Corporation won 3 awards for outstanding businesses, solutions and individuals. FPT also displayed a comprehensive artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem developed by Vietnamese people, affirming its technological capacity and commitment to contributing to the country's sustainable development in the digital age.

FPT Smart Cloud Company Limited - FPT Corporation was awarded the Outstanding AI Enterprise Award, an award category honoring enterprises that have made outstanding contributions, effectively applied artificial intelligence, created practical values ​​for the community and affirmed their position in the market.

The FPT AI Agents platform developed by FPT Corporation has been ranked in the Top 3 Best AI Solutions of the Year, affirming FPT's pioneering capacity in creating "Make in Vietnam" AI platforms, serving digital transformation for domestic and foreign enterprises. The jury highly appreciated FPT AI Agents - a platform that allows businesses to easily create "AI personnel" with natural language processing capabilities, without the need for complex programming skills. AI Agents can accompany people in many tasks, from customer care, telesales, personnel training, knowledge management to internal operations. In fact, this platform is handling an average of more than 17 million calls per month, resolving 98% of customer requests, helping businesses increase revenue through the telesales channel by up to 20%.

In addition, Mr. Bui Duy Quoc Nghi - Director of GenAI Product Center, FPT Smart Cloud, FPT Corporation - was honored in the Top 5 Vietnamese AI Talents, recognizing his outstanding contributions in research and development of practical artificial intelligence products.

Comprehensive AI ecosystem, from infrastructure to application solutions

Within the framework of the event, FPT brought a booth with the theme “Build your own AI”, introducing two strategic technology pillars: FPT AI Factory super computing infrastructure and FPT AI Agents platform, allowing Vietnamese enterprises to proactively build and deploy AI solutions according to their own needs. This is a comprehensive ecosystem consisting of three layers: Infrastructure - Platform - Solution, helping enterprises and organizations shorten development time, optimize costs and ensure national data sovereignty .

FPT AI Factory is a supercomputing center powered by thousands of NVIDIA H100/H200 processors. Two AI factories in Vietnam and Japan have been ranked in the Top 500 most powerful supercomputers in the world , with FPT AI Factory Vietnam ranked 38th. This platform helps organizations and businesses shorten the model training process from a few weeks to a few days, while supporting the expansion of applications on a national scale. In addition, AI Factory also integrates tools such as FPT AI Infrastructure (GPU cloud platform), FPT AI Studio (model training and tuning tool), and FPT AI Inference (model deployment acceleration solution), bringing a true "AI factory" to Vietnamese businesses.

The special feature of the FPT ecosystem lies in the synchronous combination of infrastructure and applications. Enterprises can both exploit the computing power from AI Factory to train their own models and immediately deploy AI Agents applications in practical operations.

FPT expert shares national strategy to break through AI

In his speech at AI4VN 2025, Mr. Le Hong Viet, General Director of FPT Smart Cloud, FPT Corporation emphasized: “ AI can bring economic value equivalent to a new superpower country by 2030. When successfully applied, every 1 USD spent on AI can bring 3.7 USD to that business.” Mr. Viet believes that the AI ​​world is strongly polarized into two major centers, the United States and China, where investment focuses mainly on model building and research and development costs. In that context, Vietnam is emerging as a bright spot, currently ranked 6th out of 40 countries in terms of AI readiness, creating a favorable foundation for businesses to break through.
