People's Artist Thu Huyen and Phuong My Chi perform for the first time in a 'national concert'

People's Artist Thu Huyen agreed to sing a new song to spread patriotism with young singers. She decided not to accept a salary to support the crew's spirit.

The song "Kie sau van nguoi Viet Nam" is a collaboration between 4 young singers: Quoc Thien, Duong Hoang Yen, Quan AP, Lam Bao Ngoc, with a special performance by People's Artist Thu Huyen.

The song was composed by musician Tuan Cry with the meaning of arousing patriotism and national pride.

People's Artist Thu Huyen did not receive any salary for singing the new song. She will perform this composition in the upcoming "national concert".

Sharing about the participation of People's Artist Thu Huyen, director Tran Thanh Trung said that the female artist was very enthusiastic and quickly accepted when the crew asked. Notably, the female artist did not receive any remuneration.

"Due to her busy performance schedule abroad, People's Artist Thu Huyen could not appear in the MV. We also tried many options to put her image in the MV but found it ineffective. Therefore, we decided not to use it," the director shared.

However, director Tran Thanh Trung said that People's Artist Thu Huyen will perform this song in the national concert "Fatherland in the Heart" on the evening of August 10 at My Dinh Stadium, Hanoi .

Hoa Minzy and Phuong My Chi participate in VTV's big music festival

Towards the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on September 2, Vietnam Television organized a series of large-scale art events including two grand music festivals: V Concert - Radiant Vietnam (evening of August 9) and V Fest - Radiant Youth (evening of August 10), taking place at the Vietnam Exhibition Center, Dong Anh (Hanoi). This is a spiritual gift for the public, arousing pride and connecting the young generation with the cultural and historical values ​​of the nation.

V Concert - Radiant Vietnam brings together top artists: Ha Anh Tuan, Ho Ngoc Ha, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Den Vau, Truc Nhan, Toc Tien, Hoang Thuy Linh, Hoa Minzy, Phuong My Chi, Quang Hung MasterD, Rhyder... Especially, artist Xuan Hinh appears as a guest of honor.

Mr. Do Thanh Hai - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television shared: "Right from the theme of Radiant Vietnam , the program has promoted the connection and sharing of young people in a culturally rich musical space. When tens of thousands of people sing together a Vietnamese song, that is the unique beauty that we want to spread."

The program features the Color Water band and a traditional orchestra conducted by artist Dong Quang Vinh. Taking on the role of music director is the trio of young producers DTAP, bringing a harmonious combination of contemporary music and folk materials.

In addition to the performance, V Concert is also associated with the Joy Library charity project to build 100 libraries for poor students across the country. Artists and audiences contribute together to spread the spirit of humanity.

In particular, VTV will give free tickets to the program to students, lecturers, workers, employees, armed forces - including soldiers of the A80 parade formation and television audiences nationwide.
