"After receiving the notice, I was very shocked and suffered psychological trauma, so my blood pressure was always above 170 mgH. On the morning of November 22, Ms. Nguyet - an officer of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism contacted me by phone, asking me to sympathetically remove the image of the notice from the Department of Performing Arts on Facebook because my application for the title of People's Artist was mixed in with the files of those who had expressed opinions from the Police by the Department of Organization and Personnel. That is also the reason why my application for the title was stopped" - Meritorious Artist wrote in the petition.

Meritorious Artist Do Ky expressed his wish to clarify a number of issues. Specifically:

Who filed the complaint against him? What was the content of the complaint?

Does your file have any comments from the police? If so, what are they? Because in 44 years of studying and working (including 2 years, 2 months and 20 days in the army, belonging to Division 323, Quang Ninh Special Zone) at the Vietnam Drama Theater and the Art Department, Department of Performing Arts, he has never violated the law, always complied with all policies of the Party and laws of the State.

The application for the 10th People's Artist title of Meritorious Artist Do Ky was approved by the grassroots level when it met the criteria and conditions, and was sent to the Central Emulation and Reward Committee, but because of the petition, it was temporarily left behind (According to Notice No. 604/TB-NTBD).

"But I understand that the issues raised in the petition have been clarified by the Department of Performing Arts working with the Vietnam Drama Theater as being baseless, or in other words, the petition is slanderous.
