Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, was appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Information and Communications on November 20.

The new Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, Bui Hoang Phuong, is 40 years old and has held many positions such as Chief of Office and Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Information and Communications .

Mr. Phuong has assumed the position of Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel from October 2022.
