Pham Hai Anh won the title of Miss Hoa Lu 2024

The final night featured the participation of beauties from Ninh Binh who have won high prizes in national and international beauty contests: Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Thi Xuan Hanh; Miss Universe Global 2024 Hoang Hai Yen; 1st Runner-up Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 Nguyen Thi Thu Trang; Beauty Hoa Lu 2022, Top 10 Miss Vietnam 2022 Pham Giang My.

The jury consists of 6 members: Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan, Head of the jury; People's Artist Mai Thuy, Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Cheo Theater, member; Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Thi Xuan Hanh, member; Journalist Ngo Ba Luc, member; makeup artist Quang Bi, member and designer Ha Duy, member.

At the final night, 18 contestants went through 3 rounds, including Ao Dai, swimsuit and evening gown performances. In each round, the contestants showed off their youthful, attractive, and confident looks with the elegance, splendor, and style and personality of young, modern women.

In particular, the Ao Dai competition by Designer Ha Silk (Ninh Binh) was performed by contestants expressing the designer's ideas with images of Ninh Binh tourism that are attracting domestic and foreign tourists such as: Hoa Lu Ancient Town, "The Golden Color of Tam Coc"... Contestants in the Ao Dai competition showed the beauty of Vietnamese women in traditional costumes.

In the swimsuit competition, the contestants were full of confidence and charm when performing on stage with the music of the Emmy dance troupe and the voices of the singers.

The evening gown competition is the part that helps each contestant show off their body, exude elegance and stand out, and receive enthusiastic cheers from the judges, delegates and audience.

Contributing to the success of the final night was the stage with a splendidly designed sound and lighting system, interspersed with the contestants' performances were special performances with the participation of music groups and singers Quach Mai Thy, Thuy Linh, Minh Quan, Thu Thuy... contributing to the youthful beauty, vitality and grace, freshness and purity of the young women of the ancient capital of Hoa Lu Ninh Binh.

After the Ao Dai, Swimsuit and Evening Gown competitions and performances, the Organizing Committee selected the top 10 contestants with the highest scores from the competitions; then selected the top 5 contestants to participate in the behavioral round.

The top 5 contestants entering the behavioral round include: Bui Quynh Anh, candidate number 166; Pham Hai Anh, candidate number 06; Ngo Thi Thanh Van, candidate number 56; Trinh Thi Trung Thu, candidate number 156; Tong Thi Lan Anh, candidate number 138.

In the behavioral round, the contestants received questions from the judges on the following topics: the importance of mental health for young people; how has the concept of beauty of Vietnamese women changed in today's life; what do you think about the fact that young people today spend too much time on social networks; which places in Ninh Binh to choose to introduce to international friends; introduce the traditional art form of Ninh Binh... The special point in the behavioral round of the "Hoa Lu Beauty" contest this year is that there were contestants who answered questions in both Vietnamese and English.

The behavioral round is an opportunity for contestants to demonstrate their understanding, social knowledge and public speaking skills. This is also the round that shows the intellectual beauty and breakthrough of the contestants, from which the judges make the final decisions.

As a result, with a beautiful face, a bright smile, a bright stage, and a well-proportioned body, contestant Pham Hai Anh, contestant number 06, was crowned Miss Hoa Lu 2024. The prize for this title is worth 50 million VND and gifts of Ao Dai and beauty care products.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, Head of the Organizing Committee of the "Miss Hoa Lu" Contest in 2024 and Miss Hoa Lu in 2022 Pham Giang My presented the crown, sash and flowers to Miss Hoa Lu in 2024.

New Miss Hoa Lu 2024 Pham Hai Anh was born in 2006. She is 1m68 tall, weighs 51 kg, has measurements of 86-62-93, and comes from Nam Binh ward, Ninh Binh city.

The two titles include: The second beauty was awarded to contestant with code 56 Ngo Thi Thanh Van, with a prize worth 30 million VND and gifts of Ao Dai and beauty care products; The third beauty was awarded to contestant with code 156 Trinh Thi Trung Thu, with a prize worth 20 million VND and gifts of Ao Dai and beauty care products.

At the final night, the Organizing Committee also awarded the following secondary prizes: Talented Beauty; Most Adorable Face; Best Response; Best Dressed Beauty; Best Dressed Beauty; Best Dressed Beauty; Friendly Beauty; Photogenic Beauty. Each prize winner was awarded a certificate, a prize worth 10 million VND and beauty care products.

The official titles of the Contest will be nominated to participate in the Miss Vietnam, Miss World Vietnam (Miss World) and other beauty contests.
