The 6th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ninh Binh province, term 2024-2029

On the morning of October 2, at Pham Thi Tran Theater, the 6th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ninh Binh province, term 2024-2029, officially opened with the theme "Aspiration - Solidarity - Creativity - Integration - Development".

Attending and directing the Congress were comrades: Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Standing Deputy Chairman of the National Committee on Vietnamese Youth, Vice Chairman of the Central Youth Union of Vietnam; Tran Song Tung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; leaders of Departments, branches, agencies, socio-political organizations of the province; the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee; leaders of districts and cities; leaders of the Provincial Business Association; delegates of religious organizations of the province; delegates of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation of provinces and cities in the Red River Delta Emulation Cluster; former Standing Committees of the Provincial Youth Union, former Standing Committees of the Provincial Vietnam Youth Federation through different periods; typical young enterprises and entrepreneurs of the province.

Attending the Congress were 205 outstanding delegates, members, and exemplary youth representing the will, belief, intelligence and solidarity of the youth of the whole province.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly , former Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee sent a flower basket to congratulate the Congress.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Hiep, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union delivered the opening speech of the Congress.

Speaking at the opening of the Congress, comrade Nguyen Duc Hiep, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Federation of Ninh Binh province, said: The 6th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Federation of Ninh Binh province, term 2024-2029, will objectively and comprehensively evaluate the achieved results; point out weaknesses and shortcomings, draw lessons from the implementation of the Resolution of the 5th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Federation of Ninh Binh province. From there, determine the goals, directions, tasks and solutions for the work of the Association and the youth movement for the term 2024-2029; consult and elect the 6th Ninh Binh Provincial Youth Federation Committee as a collective with steadfastness, good moral qualities, good working capacity, high prestige among the youth, enthusiasm and responsibility, representing the will and aspirations of the youth, leading the successful implementation of the tasks of the Association and the youth movement in the coming term. Discuss and contribute opinions to documents and elect a delegation to attend the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union.

To successfully complete the contents and tasks of the Congress, the Congress Presidium requests that each delegate attending the Congress uphold the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, democracy, promote intelligence and actively participate in the contents of the Congress, contributing to the success of the Congress.
