Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Trung Kien visited and presented Mid-Autumn gifts to children in Long Cang commune

On the morning of September 24, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Trung Kien visited and presented gifts to children in Long Cang commune on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival 2025. Also attending were Deputy Director of the Department of Health Nguyen Hoang Uyen and representatives of local leaders.

At the program, 85 gifts were given to children in Long Cang commune. Each gift is worth 650,000 VND, including moon cakes, lanterns and 500,000 VND in cash.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Trung Kien kindly asked about the health of the children and wished them a happy and warm Mid-Autumn Festival with their families. He asked the local authorities to continue to do a good job in caring for, protecting and educating children, especially those in difficult circumstances.

Long Cang Commune currently has 35 children in special circumstances and 116 children at risk of falling into special circumstances. The program not only shares joy with the children during the Mid-Autumn Festival, but also encourages them and gives them more strength to overcome difficulties and excel in their studies and life./.
