Regarding the general planning of the commune, due to the short time and the province's lack of funding, there are many difficulties in implementation. The commune's working headquarters has a small area and lacks working rooms; Propose that competent authorities provide additional technical guidance, support equipment, funding and consider extending the implementation period so that localities can complete the Land Data Cleaning Campaign in accordance with regulations, ensuring quality and progress. There are still problems in adjusting capital plans under the National Target Programs.
