In the coming time, Binh Khe commune will focus on accelerating the progress of establishing the General Planning Project of Binh Khe commune; creating favorable conditions for enterprises in the Cau 16 Industrial Cluster and enterprises in the area to continue production and business activities; accelerating the progress of compensation and site clearance for projects that have been approved for investment and land lease inside and outside the industrial cluster in the commune. Focus on promoting and introducing the Nguyen Sinh Sac Memorial Site and improving the quality of services for visitors here. Developing the existing livestock herds in households and large-scale livestock projects invested in the area. Accelerating the work of compensation and site clearance to serve the implementation of the Tay Giang industrial cluster project, key projects in the commune, the Quy Nhon - Pleiku expressway project, etc.

The leader of Binh Hiep commune said that the general planning of Binh Hiep commune is built on 5 principles of "compliance - inheritance - elimination - supplementation - connection". In particular, the commune proposed to build a commune administrative center with a scale of 10 hectares; a new urban area with a scale of 220 hectares; Binh Hiep industrial park with a scale of 270 hectares; 2 urban airport support industrial parks with a scale of 152 hectares; a 7km-long route connecting National Highway 19B to Hoa Hoi commune and 02 logistics areas with a total area of 150 hectares.

In the coming time, Binh Hiep commune will focus on balancing resources to invest in building residential infrastructure, branch lines connecting the roads to synchronize the planning areas. At the same time, propose the Provincial People's Committee to consider including Industrial Parks, Industrial Clusters, Logistics Warehouses, Supporting Industries, Trade and Services near the North-South Expressway intersection and Quy Nhon - Pleiku Expressway into the Provincial Planning, and register to attract investment; invest in key routes connecting inter-commune, with key economic development areas nearby such as the Airport Urban Area, Hoa Hoi Industrial Park; install lighting systems at some locations through Binh Hiep commune...

After listening to reports from localities and inspecting some locations in the planning of Binh Khe and Binh Hiep communes, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan highly appreciated the efforts of the communes, especially in the work of making general planning for the locality.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan requested the two communes of Binh Khe and Binh Hiep to review and complete the local master plan to serve as a basis for synchronous technical infrastructure development management, and proactively develop a list and implement investment work, ensuring savings, efficiency and meeting the long-term socio-economic development goals of the locality. Along with that, localities need to proactively propose projects associated with the potential, strengths and actual conditions of each locality, ensuring efficiency, feasibility and synchronization.

The province will consider including a number of key projects of localities in the Provincial Planning; at the same time, prioritize investment resources for key and urgent projects so that localities have a basis for implementation.
