Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha works in Lao Cai on responding to storm No. 11

On October 5, 2025, a Government working delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha visited and worked in Viet Hong commune, Lao Cai province on damage recovery from storm No. 10 and the local response plan to storm No. 11.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha gave a speech at the meeting.

At Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha had a working session with Lao Cai province on damage recovery work from storm No. 10 and response plans for storm No. 11.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha attended the program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province to present motorbikes to 13 communes damaged by storm No. 10.
