The Hanoi People's Committee requested the investment project to build Thuong Cat Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge to be prepared for investment and start construction on October 10, 2024 (the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital). The project has a total investment of more than VND 8,300 billion.
