Phuc Loc meets with businessmen, promotes investment cooperation for local development

At the meeting, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuc Loc Commune, Le Van Thu, congratulated entrepreneurs and businesses on their traditional day and expressed his appreciation for the contributions and companionship of the business community on the development path of the locality.

At the meeting, comrade Le Van Thu informed that Phuc Loc commune has an area of 41km², a population of about 61,000 people, owns a convenient transportation system with key routes such as National Highway 32, Tay Thang Long axis, Van Phuc bridge - National Highway 32 and many inter-regional provincial roads; flat terrain, fertile land, large land fund, creating conditions for agricultural , industrial, urban and service development. Along with that, the rich system of cultural heritage and craft villages is the foundation for Phuc Loc to develop eco-tourism and spiritual tourism.

From those advantages, Phuc Loc determined the strategic economic development model of "One pillar, two economic corridors". The pillar is the West Thang Long route - the driving force connecting the capital with Son Tay, Ba Vi, linked to the administrative center and new urban space of the commune. The two development corridors include: "Eco-tourism corridor along the Red River, associated with landscape conservation, cultural heritage, development of resorts, sports, entertainment" and "High-tech agricultural corridor, combined with experiential services, forming a value chain of agricultural products - tourism - trade".

From that vision, the commune invites investors to research and implement projects in the area. Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune Le Van Thu affirmed that the local government is committed to being ready to arrange clean land for feasible projects, transparent in procedures, strong administrative reform, quick handling, correct procedures; closely coordinate with superior agencies, provide maximum support in mechanisms, policies, infrastructure, and accompany businesses throughout the investment, production and business journey.

Representing the businesses, Mr. Pham Xuan Dai expressed his gratitude for the attention of the Party Committee and the commune government to the business community, and hoped that the locality would continue to create favorable conditions for production and business activities, especially in site clearance. Mr. Dai also said that Phuc Loc is located near the city center, with great potential to attract investment in developing high-tech agriculture, closed-loop economy, creating added value for the people. Therefore, the commune needs to soon plan concentrated production areas, encourage the formation of linkage models between households, cooperatives, and businesses with the support of the State and scientists to develop modern and sustainable agriculture.

At the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuc Loc Commune, To Van Sang, congratulated the businessmen on the Traditional Day and affirmed the local viewpoint: "If the people are rich, the country will be strong; whether the locality can develop or not depends on the strength of the business community and the people"...

Phuc Loc is located along the Red River, which has important advantages for developing the riverside economy. The commune has coordinated with the Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture in planning the development of riverside space, aiming to build a port system and logistics services. The commune hopes to attract many businesses to invest in clean, high-tech agriculture. For the delta region, the locality aims to develop industry, small-scale industry and urban areas. It is expected that in 2026 and the coming years, the commune will deploy the Tay Thang Long route, the Red River dike road connecting Son Tay to Tam Hiep, and at the same time build a modern commune administrative center, new residential areas with synchronous technical infrastructure.

Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, To Van Sang, expressed his hope that businesses in Phuc Loc will grow stronger, become more closely connected, and develop together with the locality; and that investors will come to Phuc Loc to build an increasingly prosperous homeland.
