Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of O Cho Dua Ward Le Ngoc Han awarded Certificates of Merit from the City to the collectives.
On October 17, O Cho Dua ward held a conference to commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The summary report shows that the anniversary activities were organized by O Cho Dua ward with outstanding success, excellently completing the assigned tasks, creating a joyful and solemn atmosphere and leaving many outstanding impressions.
The highlight of the series of events was social security and gratitude. The ward organized gift giving to 820 beneficiaries, families of martyrs and martyrs worship with a total cost of nearly 1.4 billion VND. Along with that, 2 delegations of ward leaders directly visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries. Besides, cultural, artistic and sports activities also took place very enthusiastically.
Along with on-site activities, the ward also ensured good service for the Anniversary Ceremony; proactively developed plans and prepared thoughtful means for the delegation to attend the rehearsal ceremony, Anniversary Ceremony, parade, and march at Ba Dinh Square.

Visual information work was effectively deployed through the operation of LED screens to broadcast live the Parade and March. In particular, on the morning of September 2, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward organized a solemn flag-raising ceremony and broadcast live on television at Dong Da Lake peninsula.
In addition, the ward has launched and maintained a weekly general environmental sanitation movement; successfully mobilized 40 households to put up free toilet identification logos for people to use. The ward also mobilized local schools to provide 1,000 chairs, prepare free meals for veterans and people; and requisitioned some schools as emergency stations.
In particular, the work of giving gifts to the people on the occasion of the anniversary achieved impressive results: 19,844 households/21,375 households (92.8%) and 61,783 people/64,761 people (95.4%) received gifts.

At the Conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of O Cho Dua Ward Le Ngoc Han respectfully acknowledged the contributions and congratulated the collectives and individuals who were commended and rewarded. He emphasized that the results achieved are clear evidence of the solidarity and unanimity of the entire political system and people of O Cho Dua Ward. This spirit needs to continue to be promoted and spread widely, from the cadres, party members to all the people, creating a great driving force for the ward to successfully complete political, economic and social tasks in the coming time.
On this occasion, the ward awarded City-level rewards to 1 household and 7 groups; and presented certificates of merit to 20 groups, 3 households and 110 individuals with outstanding achievements.
