Attending the consultation session were Permanent Vice Chairman of Thuong Tin Commune People's Committee Nguyen Van Tan and representatives of the commune's departments and branches, along with Party cell secretaries, village chiefs, and heads of the Front Work Committee of Binh Vong village and Van Hoi village, which are residential areas related to the project.
At the Conference, delegates listened to the consulting unit present the project content, according to which the research location for planning is located on the administrative boundaries of Thuong Tin commune and Hong Van commune, Hanoi city (formerly Van Binh, Lien Phuong and Ninh So communes of the old Thuong Tin district).

The scale of the project in the project list approved by the Hanoi People's Committee and the planning task approved by the Hanoi People's Committee in Decision No. 171/QD-UBND dated January 10, 2025, determined the planning research area to be 137 hectares.
Based on the adjustment of the general planning of Hanoi city, the planning boundary scale of the Bac Thuong Tin Industrial Park is determined to be 122.16 hectares (not including the safety corridor of high-voltage power lines).

Next, the delegates who participated in contributing their opinions all agreed to support the purpose of building Industrial Zones and Clusters for socio-economic development, but must be associated with protecting the living environment.
Delegates suggested that when establishing the project, the consulting unit should pay attention to solutions for drainage systems, flood prevention in industrial parks during the rainy and stormy season, wastewater treatment systems in industrial parks, not discharging waste into the fields affecting people's production, and overcoming dust and noise affecting people's lives...

Speaking at the Conference, Permanent Vice Chairman of Thuong Tin Commune People's Committee Nguyen Van Tan stated that the implementation of the Bac Thuong Tin Industrial Park project is in accordance with the instructions and decisions of the City and the Government. This is an important political , economic and social task for the development of the local commune.
To complete this zoning plan in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Urban and Rural Planning, maximize efficiency and harmonize the interests of local people. After the Conference, relevant units will publicly post the plan. At the same time, disseminate and widely propagate the content of the plan to each household so that they can understand it.

Vice Chairman of Thuong Tin Commune People's Committee Nguyen Van Tan requested the Management Board of High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks of Hanoi City and the planning consultancy unit to closely coordinate with the commune's professional agencies to synthesize opinions and fully absorb the comments at the conference and from the people. Ensure that the consultation work is carried out publicly, transparently, democratically and in accordance with the legal procedures on construction planning.
