Thu Duc Ward completed upgrading 3 traffic works combined with improving urban drainage

Thu Duc Ward People's Committee has just inaugurated and put into use 3 traffic infrastructure works in wards 1, 3, 4, 5 and 30 on the morning of July 26.

With the goal of solving the drainage problem and ensuring traffic safety for people, on the morning of July 26, Thu Duc Ward People's Committee inaugurated and put into use 3 traffic infrastructure works in wards 1, 3, 4, 5 and 30.

Specifically, the project to upgrade and repair road surfaces and improve the drainage system Road No. 14 (Ward 1) with a total investment of more than 2.7 billion VND; upgrading project of Road No. 16 (Wards 3, 4, 5) about 1.7 billion VND; sidewalk renovation project of Han Thuyen Street (Ward 30) with an investment of about 2.4 billion VND.

Chairman of Thu Duc Ward People's Committee, Mai Huu Quyet, said that after a period of urgent and serious construction with close direction from authorities at all levels and close coordination from construction and consulting units, along with consensus from the people, all three projects were completed on schedule, ensuring quality and safety.

The completion of these projects not only contributes to improving the quality of urban infrastructure but also reduces flooding, enhances traffic safety and improves urban aesthetics in Thu Duc ward.
