A representative of the Quang Ngai Department of Construction said that the regular maintenance and repair of traffic routes in the area is being accelerated, ensuring completion in 2025 to protect infrastructure and serve people's safe and convenient travel.

This year, the province has allocated 476 billion VND to carry out management, regular maintenance and periodic repair of 541km of national highways and 1,094km of provincial roads under its management. The tasks to be implemented include: Maintenance and repair of road surface structures, longitudinal drainage systems, longitudinal drainage ditches, construction of new degraded bridges and reinforcement of roadside, maintenance of traffic safety systems.

Director of Quang Ngai Department of Construction Nguyen Phuc Nhan said that in order to ensure the progress of maintenance and repair of the roads, and to complete and put them into operation, the unit has directed contractors to urgently mobilize all motorbikes, materials, equipment and workers... to the construction site. In particular, the Department requires immediate implementation of construction at locations where the site has been handed over. At the same time, taking advantage of favorable weather, increase human resources and vehicles, and divide the implementation into many groups to speed up the construction in order to shorten the completion time of the project.
