* Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of An Thi commune
During the past term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of An Thi commune proactively and actively advised the local Party Committee and government to strengthen leadership in implementing the work of the union and the youth movement. The work of gathering union members and youth (YVTN) was innovated, closely linked to the local political tasks and the legitimate needs and aspirations of the youth. The work of educating the Youth Union members in traditions, ethics, and lifestyles was carried out regularly. Each year, the Commune Youth Union helps and influences 6-10 slow-developing or more progressive youth; 100% of the Youth Union branches well implemented the activities of the Union, Association, and Team and achieved strength; 100% of the Youth Union branches organized summer activities for youth. During the term, the Commune Youth Union admitted 550 new members; 45 outstanding members were admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam . Every year, over 95% of the Youth Union members are classified as having completed their tasks well or better.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of An Thi commune continues to build a generation of patriotic youth with self-reliance, national pride, revolutionary ideals, ambitions, aspirations, creativity, and mastery of science and technology; promote the spirit of dedication, vanguard, volunteerism, and enhance the responsibility of young people in building and defending the Fatherland; innovate the content, form, and methods of organizing movements, improve the quality of the Youth Union's cadres, expand the solidarity front, and gather young people; actively and proactively participate in building the Party, government, and people's organizations, creating a driving force to promote youth movements associated with local political tasks, contributing to building a rich and beautiful homeland.
* Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Kien Xuong commune
During the past term, the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of Kien Xuong commune had many positive changes, increasingly going into depth, practicality and effectiveness. The Youth Union chapters at all levels closely followed the political tasks of the locality, focusing on innovating the content and methods of operation in accordance with the aspirations and interests of youth. Emulation movements and activities accompanying youth were widely deployed, creating impressions and spreading influence in the community. Along with that, the Commune Youth Union focused on supporting youth in economic development through receiving entrusted loans from the Social Policy Bank. By the third quarter of 2025, the total outstanding debt managed by the Youth Union reached over 7 billion VND, helping many union members boldly invest in production and business.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Kien Xuong commune has identified 8 key targets. Accordingly, each year it strives to provide career counseling and guidance to over 1,000 union members and young people; carry out at least one project, task or exemplary youth model; admit 180 new union members; introduce 50 outstanding union members for the Party to consider admitting. The Union also sets a target of having 90% of its members register and complete the "Training of Union Members" program; support 300 disadvantaged children; organize popularization and teaching swimming to children in the entire commune.
* Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hong Chau Ward
During the past term, the Youth Union and youth movement of Hong Chau ward achieved many outstanding results, actively contributing to the socio-economic development and new rural construction of the locality. The ward Youth Union achieved and exceeded 7/7 targets; inaugurated 3 youth projects on building civilized urban areas, protecting the environment, responding to climate change, digitizing red addresses... Launched 4 models of the Youth Union in the fields of digital transformation, social order and security...
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hong Chau Ward identified 2 breakthroughs, 4 groups of targets and 6 tasks and solutions. In particular, strive for 100% of the Youth Union bases to build and maintain digital communication channels: fanpage, zalo, facebook... to serve propaganda, education, and attract young people to participate in activities; by 2030, 100% of young people in the ward will be equipped with basic digital knowledge and skills, 80% of young people will use online public services, and carry out at least 2 youth projects and tasks.
At the Congresses, the Decision of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee on appointing the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of An Thi commune, Kien Xuong, term I, 2025 - 2030, and the delegation to attend the congress at a higher level, was announced.
