On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025), on the afternoon of October 17, at the National Assembly (NA), NA Chairwoman Tran Thanh Man met and congratulated full-time female NA deputies, female leaders, and female Party Committee members of Party Committees under the NA Party Committee.

The National Assembly Chairman pointed out that the nearly 80-year journey of building and growing the Vietnamese National Assembly has marked the contributions of many generations of National Assembly deputies, cadres, and female National Assembly deputies through the periods.

Emphasizing that the tasks of the National Assembly from now until the end of 2025 are very heavy, including preparing for the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly with a huge workload, the National Assembly Chairwoman requested full-time female National Assembly deputies, female leaders, and female Party Committee members of Party Committees under the National Assembly Party Committee to continue to promote the fine traditions of Vietnamese women; promote intelligence, responsibility, enthusiasm, talent, and mettle to contribute to improving the effectiveness of National Assembly activities.

To quickly adapt to changes in practice, each female National Assembly delegate and woman in the National Assembly's agencies must continue to be a pioneer in training, have knowledge, health, and responsibility for themselves, their families, society, and the country; constantly research, listen, and equip themselves with more knowledge and skills to serve their work...

The National Assembly Chairwoman hopes that women in the National Assembly agencies will take the lead and be the core in promoting the movement of applying information technology, digital transformation, innovation, research and absorbing scientific and technological achievements; effectively implementing the movement "Digital Education for All". In particular, women need to thoroughly grasp the spirit and implement the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the 5th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Vietnam Women's Union, suggesting 10 key orientations and tasks of "strategic breakthroughs" of the Vietnamese women's movement in the period of 2025 - 2035, with a vision to 2045.

The National Assembly Chairwoman affirmed that the National Assembly Party Committee, the National Assembly Standing Committee, and National Assembly agencies will continue to pay attention and create more favorable conditions for women to promote their capacity, continue to contribute, excellently complete assigned tasks, and contribute more to the activities of the National Assembly.
