New regulations on reception and visitation regime for certain subjects

Accordingly, the subjects that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels will welcome, visit and congratulate include:

1- Delegations and individuals visited and worked with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels; including:

+ Delegations visited and worked with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels; including:

- Delegations representing revolutionary veterans, revolutionary soldiers, Vietnamese heroic mothers, and heroes of the armed forces;

- Delegations representing ethnic minorities, religious organizations, and affiliated religious organizations have made many positive contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland and consolidating the great national unity bloc;

- Vietnamese delegations abroad have close relations and actively contribute to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland and consolidating the great national unity bloc.

+ Individuals visiting and working with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels; including:

- Revolutionary veterans, exemplary revolutionary soldiers, heroic Vietnamese mothers, heroes of the armed forces;

- Religious dignitaries, officials, prestigious people among ethnic minorities, outstanding intellectuals and personalities who have made positive contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland and consolidating the great national unity bloc;

- Outstanding overseas Vietnamese who have close relationships and actively contribute to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland and consolidating the great national unity bloc;

- Leaders and former senior leaders of the Party, State and Vietnam Fatherland Front;

- Former members of the Government, Advisory Council of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam; Central Committee of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam; Central Committee of the Alliance of Vietnamese National, Democratic and Peace Forces; Alliance of National, Democratic and Peace Forces in the Saigon - Gia Dinh area; Tri Van Board - Front of the Saigon - Gia Dinh Regional Party Committee or relatives of that individual (for individuals who have passed away).

2- Individuals visited, congratulated and paid their respects to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels:

- Revolutionary veterans, exemplary revolutionary soldiers, heroic Vietnamese mothers, heroes of the armed forces;

- Prestigious people of ethnic minorities, outstanding intellectuals and personalities who have made positive contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland and consolidating the great national unity bloc;

- Outstanding overseas Vietnamese who have close relationships and actively contribute to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland and consolidating the great national unity bloc;

- Leaders and former senior leaders of the Party, State and Vietnam Fatherland Front;

- Former members of the Government, Advisory Council of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam; Central Committee of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam; Central Committee of the Alliance of Vietnamese National, Democratic and Peace Forces; Alliance of National, Democratic and Peace Forces in the Saigon - Gia Dinh area; Tri Van Board - Front of the Saigon - Gia Dinh Regional Party Committee or relatives of that individual (for individuals who have passed away).

Expenditure content and level

Expenses for receiving delegations and individuals specified in (1) above to visit and work with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels: Implement according to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance on domestic reception regime.

For delegations and individuals visiting and working with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front decides to give souvenirs appropriate to the visiting and working subjects; the maximum spending level is 1,000,000 VND/person.

Expenses for giving congratulatory gifts, visiting and condoling with the subjects specified in (2) above:

Expenses for giving congratulatory gifts on Lunar New Year, holidays or important holidays (the most important commemorative holidays of each ethnic group): Maximum expenditure is 1,000,000 VND/person/time; not more than 3,000,000 VND/person/year.

Visiting expenses in case of illness or financial difficulties: Maximum expense is 5,000,000 VND/person/year.

Condolences upon death of an individual (including wreaths): Maximum amount not exceeding VND 4,000,000/person.

The budget for reception, gift-giving, visits and condolences by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels is included in the annual budget estimates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels according to the current budget decentralization. The preparation of the budget estimate, implementation and final settlement of the budget shall comply with the provisions of the State budget law and relevant laws.
