Tam Long Viet Fund (VTV) supports 2 billion VND to help Phu Tho province overcome damage caused by storms and floods.

At the reception, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho province Nguyen Hai informed the working delegation of Vietnam Television and Tam Long Viet Fund about the damage caused by storm No. 3 in Phu Tho province and the province's efforts in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.

Storm No. 3 has caused heavy losses in human lives and property in Phu Tho province. The storm's circulation has caused flooding and landslides in many places, affecting all aspects of people's lives and production, many infrastructure works have been damaged, with estimated losses to date of over 1,600 billion VND.

Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Hai respectfully thanked the leaders, officers, and reporters of Vietnam Television and Tam Long Viet Fund for their concern, affection, and sharing to help Phu Tho province overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

From the funding sources, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has been providing timely initial support to 13 districts, cities and towns and will continue to review and survey to allocate resources to ensure publicity, transparency, and the right subjects, helping people overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
