Rashford was punished by coach Hansi Flick but still contributed to Barca's big win

Coach Hansi Flick is famously strict and always sets clear rules at Barcelona: any player who arrives late on match day is dropped from the starting lineup.

After Raphinha, it was Marcus Rashford's turn to break the rules when he arrived 2 minutes late before the match against Getafe. Despite his good form, he was still removed from the starting lineup, making way for Ferran Torres.

The decision paid off as Torres scored twice in the first half. Coming on in the second half, Rashford played with enthusiasm, creating and actively supporting the defense.

As usual, Barca quickly took control of the game after the opening whistle despite the absence of Lamine Yamal due to injury. In the 15th minute, Dani Olmo sent a delicate pass for Ferran Torres to run down and finish the opening score.

Just 19 minutes later, Raphinha counter-attacked quickly and provided an accurate assist, helping Torres complete his double, raising the score to 2-0. Getafe tried to push forward but Barca's defense played tightly, preventing the visitors from having many clear-cut chances.

In the second half, Blaugrana continued to put pressure on. After many missed situations, in the 62nd minute, Marcus Rashford assisted Dani Olmo to unleash a powerful long-range shot, sealing a 3-0 victory.

In the final minutes, both Rashford and Lewandowski tried their luck but could not get past goalkeeper David Soria.

With 13 points after 5 rounds, Barcelona maintains the 2nd position, 2 points behind Real Madrid. Under the hands of Hansi Flick, the Catalan team shows a fast and flexible playing style, promising to bring a thrilling two-horse race with Los Blancos this season.
