
Going back in time to the 2010s, when Moc Chau tourism had not yet left much of an impression on tourists, tourism activities were mainly spontaneous, simply exploiting the natural flower gardens, tea hills, and available plum fields, with few accompanying services; the number of visitors was small, distributed seasonally... Mr. Dinh Hong Phuc, Deputy Director of Pha Luong Tourism Joint Stock Company, shared: The members of the Board of Directors were all born, grew up, and had special feelings for Moc Chau plateau. At that time, we always wondered why a locality with many favorable conditions for tourism like Moc Chau only developed seasonal tourism. From there, we researched and built tourism products and services to attract visitors in all seasons of the year.
The first product of Pha Luong Tourism Joint Stock Company is the Dai Yem Waterfall Green and Sustainable Eco-Tourism Area, located in Moc Chau Ward. Dai Yem Waterfall is a beautiful natural landscape, still wild, not properly invested, lacking highlights to attract tourists. In 2017, assigned to build, manage and operate the Dai Yem Waterfall area, the Company "breathed life" into the local resources with creative and innovative thinking; boldly invested in building the Love Glass Bridge (the first glass bridge in Vietnam), contributing to honoring the beauty of Dai Yem Waterfall, creating a unique tourism product, combining the majesty of nature and the modernity and adventure of technology.

Coming to Dai Yem Waterfall Ecotourism Area today, I was impressed by the space filled with green trees, mountains and colorful flower gardens. The works are designed in harmony with the natural landscape, recognized as a 4-star OCOP tourism product at the provincial level. Experiencing Dai Yem Waterfall with her family, Ms. Pham Thu Trang, a tourist from Hai Phong city, shared: Coming here, we were immersed in beautiful nature, fresh and cool air. In addition, we were also immersed in the colorful cultural space of ethnic minorities; enjoying traditional dishes such as: Smoked buffalo meat, Cham Cheo, honey, medicinal herbs and shopping for beautiful traditional brocade products.
Following the success of 2022, the Company continues to launch the tourism product "Moc Chau Walking Street" in Thao Nguyen ward, becoming an attractive destination for tourists to visit and experience when coming to Moc Chau plateau. With an area of about 2 hectares, the walking street includes items such as: Area displaying artifacts introducing the cultural identity of the Thai ethnic group; food complex, kiosks selling ethnic brocade; area selling snacks and fast food; area selling Moc Chau agricultural products...

Moc Chau walking street is not only a place to "check-in" with beautiful miniature landscapes, but also a miniature cultural space. The company recreates ancient house architecture, organizes local food stalls, performances of Thai, Mong, Dao ethnic groups and folk games, live shows of festivals... Visitors coming here not only take photos but also enjoy thang co, xoe dance, listen to the sound of the panpipe... Activities at Moc Chau walking street have received the attention of many people, artisans and art nuclei, domestic and foreign tourists and international tourists, contributing to the preservation and promotion of traditional cultural values of ethnic groups in Son La province.
Harmonizing the interests between business - community - state - sustainable tourism development, the Company always identifies the local community as both a partner and a direct beneficiary of the project; prioritizes recruiting laborers from local ethnic groups. Currently, the Company has created regular jobs for 102 official employees, with an average salary of 6.5 million VND/person/month and 50 seasonal workers, with an average income of 5.5 million VND/person/month. In addition, the Company also supports and creates conditions for households to do food service business, sell agricultural products, brocade products right in the tourist area. Coordinate with local authorities in protecting the environment, maintaining security and order and preserving culture...
