Prepare the best conditions to successfully organize the 2025 High School Graduation Exam

Attending the conference at the online bridge point at the Provincial People's Committee were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung, Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 Provincial High School Graduation Exam and leaders of departments, branches and localities.

Speaking at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated that the 2025 High School Graduation Exam takes place at a historic time, when the whole country is urgently rearranging local administrative boundaries, implementing a two-level local government model, and ending the operation of the district level. Therefore, the Prime Minister requested that the exam not be affected, and at the same time, it must be ensured that the exam takes place normally, comprehensively, and synchronously.

The Prime Minister requested that ministries, branches, and localities, especially at the grassroots level, must organize the exam safely, seriously, thoughtfully, smoothly, concisely, publicly, transparently, equally, and ensure the highest quality, most objectively reflecting the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring the requirements and regulations set forth. Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, and socio- political organizations must consider the successful organization of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam an important task for June.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that the High School Graduation Exam is an important exam, not only marking the maturity of students, but also a transitional step that guides and shapes the future path of each student.

The exam results reflect the students' continuous training and efforts over 12 years of study, and are also the basis for graduation and admission to universities and colleges, opening up learning and career opportunities for the country's future generations.

The Prime Minister noted that it is necessary to ensure good security, safety, health care, disease prevention, food hygiene and safety, be ready to supply electricity and water, and develop contingency plans to respond in case of severe weather, natural disasters, floods, and heat waves.

The 2025 high school graduation exam will officially take place on June 26 and 27. The country has more than 1.16 million candidates taking the exam, an increase of nearly 100,000 candidates compared to 2024. The exam is organized for both students studying under the 2018 General Education Program and the 2006 General Education Program. Dong Nai province has more than 36,700 candidates taking the exam, ranking 5th in the country in terms of the number of candidates registering for the exam.
