With an exhibition area of over 130,000 m², about 3,000 booths and nearly 2,500 participating businesses, the Fair is expected to attract half a million visitors per day, becoming the "sixth largest super fair" in the history of trade promotion in Vietnam. Along with the exhibition, there are more than 30 side events such as B2B, B2C conferences, trade promotion forums, business talk shows, fashion shows, sports and cuisine. In particular, the music night "Youth Imprints" celebrating 30 years of singing by singer Dan Truong is considered a unique cultural highlight, bringing a vibrant atmosphere to the heart of Hanoi in autumn.
The Fair's consistent message is "Connecting People, Creating Prosperity", affirming the goal of promoting economic growth by 2025 to over 8%, while creating the premise for a series of annual "four-season" Fairs in Vietnam in the future.
The 2025 Autumn Fair space is designed as a journey across Vietnam, taking visitors to explore the economic and cultural vitality of the country through five unique thematic zones. “Autumn Prosperity” is an area chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, gathering corporations, industrial enterprises, logistics and green energy, demonstrating the innovation capacity and endogenous strength of the Vietnamese economy.
The “Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture and Commercial Rendezvous” area, managed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, introduces products of the cultural industry - where music, fashion, cinema, and fine arts blend, opening up opportunities for cultural and economic connections. Meanwhile, “Quintessence of Hanoi Autumn” organized by the Hanoi People’s Committee recreates the thousand-year-old cultural space of Thang Long through traditional craft villages, cuisine, and tourism products, creating an elegant and sophisticated Hanoi amidst the golden autumn colors.
“Autumn in Vietnam - Colors of Water and Fragrance of Autumn” gathers typical products from 34 provinces and cities across the country, is the “soul” of the Fair when agricultural products, handicrafts and OCOP products converge, affirming the position of Vietnamese goods on the international trade map. The “Autumn Family” area, jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vingroup/VEC, offers a shopping, entertainment, culinary and technological space to serve the modern consumption needs of Vietnamese families.
In addition, the outdoor area will explode with the “Thu My Vi” Food Festival, which brings together more than 100 types of craft beer, 10 major domestic and international beer brands and diverse grilled dishes in the event “Cheer Fest – Beer & Grill Across Borders”. Along with that, the “One Round Vietnam” culinary journey recreates the quintessence of delicious dishes from three regions, helping visitors fully taste the flavors of Hanoi’s autumn in a space filled with emotions.
The Government gives strong direction - Enterprises unanimously implement
Under the direct direction of the Prime Minister, preparations for the 2025 Autumn Fair were carried out urgently and methodically. On September 27, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued an organization plan; on October 7, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien signed Official Dispatch No. 7734/CD-BCĐ requesting localities to complete the site before October 9, 2025. As of October 13, 2025, all items were over 90% completed, nearly 3,000 booths were registered and the entire exhibition area was filled.
Mr. Vu Ba Phu - Director of the Department of Trade Promotion spoke at the press conference.
Logistics, security, sanitation, electricity and water units have been put into stable operation. In particular, enterprises participating in the "Thu Thinh Vuong" subdivision are exempted from land fees, supported with booth and electricity costs, demonstrating the State's spirit of companionship and sharing with the business community.
The communication and promotion of the event was carried out synchronously by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and key press agencies such as VTV, VOV, VNA, Nhan Dan Newspaper, and Cong Thuong Newspaper, spreading the Fair's message to each business and citizen. The 2025 Autumn Fair Press Center will also be officially opened, creating favorable conditions for domestic and international reporters to work and promptly reflect the event's developments on all media platforms.
The multimedia communication campaign with the hashtags #HoiChoMuaThu2025, #MotNgayThuHaNoi and #KyUcMuaThuHaNoi was promoted on social networks, connecting the community's emotions, especially the youth - who are shaping a new, dynamic and modern consumption style.
Within the framework of the event, the Organizing Committee will honor groups and individuals who have made positive contributions to the Fair, recognizing the efforts of businesses, localities and media agencies. The honor categories include certificates for businesses with impressive, high-quality booths; honoring press agencies, organizations, KOLs, KOCs who actively promote the Fair; and awarding prizes for creative booth designs that clearly demonstrate Vietnamese brand identity.
The 2025 Autumn Fair is expected to become an annual national trade event, a "symphony" connecting production - trade - Vietnamese culture, and at the same time a symbol of the spirit of integration, creativity and development of the country in the 21st century.
The 2025 Autumn Fair promises to be a highlight of trade promotion and national brand promotion activities in 2025, while opening up the premise for forming a series of annual "four-season" Fairs - aiming to make the Vietnam Exhibition Center a prestigious and reliable destination in the region and the world in connecting trade, investment and cultural exchange in the future.
