On October 10, commemorating the 71st anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2025), singer Le Minh Ngoc introduced to the audience a series of songs about Hanoi - a music project that she has cherished for a long time, as a gift of gratitude to Hanoi, adding another voice of praise and spreading love for Hanoi.
This series includes classic anthems and chamber music - works of high artistic value, which have become precious spiritual assets of the nation, reflecting the heroic historical periods of the capital and the country. Each song is like an epic, carrying within it an indomitable spirit, pride and elegance - qualities that make up the beauty of the land and people of Hanoi .
Besides epic songs, Le Minh Ngoc will also bring songs depicting a splendid, simple, romantic and profound Hanoi, where each melody touches the memories, love, and emotions of each audience when remembering Hanoi.
On October 10, the female singer released the first MV in the series with a timeless composition by musician Van Ky: "Song of Hope."

“These days, we are painfully witnessing the scene of people in many provinces and cities across the country struggling to cope with severe floods. The murky water has swept away many fields, roofs, and even dreams and plans that had just taken shape. 'Song of Hope' was chosen to open the series as my prayer and sharing with the people,” the singer shared.
The MV was made by Le Minh Ngoc and the crew at famous locations and relics in Hanoi such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Hanoi Flag Tower, Thang Long Imperial Citadel... during the heartbreakingly beautiful autumn days in Hanoi.
In the near future, Le Minh Ngoc will continue this project with the songs "Hanoi People" (Nguyen Dinh Thi), "Night Stars" (Phan Huynh Dieu), "October Emotions" (Music: Nguyen Thanh, Poetry: Ta Huu Yen), "First Spring" (Van Cao), "Remembering Hanoi" (Hoang Hiep)...
It can be said that the music project “Singing about Hanoi” once again clearly affirms the artistic path that Le Minh Ngoc pursues - chamber music, main vocals. This is also the direction she officially announced after the success of the musical film “Letter to the Future” on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2nd produced by the Arts Department, Vietnam Television.
Experts say that Le Minh Ngoc sings chamber music, her singing has a very unique style as she has both a clear, resonant chamber voice that has been honed through a process of persistent study, and the inherent sweetness and charm of a folk voice that helped her win the Sao Mai 2022 Folk Music Championship.
That harmonious and interesting combination has brought to the Vietnamese music scene a new, youthful, impressive, and unique chamber and main vocal voice. Her achievement of winning the First Prize of the 2023 National Chamber and Opera Singing Competition has proven her talent and efforts./.
