Upcoming event on AI applications in sales and marketing

On September 23, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Organizing Committee announced information about the annual event VSMCamp & CSMOSummit 2025 with the theme "Quantum of Sales - Technology, People and Personalized Experience", taking place on October 24 and 25 at Galaxy Innovation Hub.

Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Le Quoc Vinh - Chairman of the Vietnam Sales & Marketing Directors Club (CSMO Vietnam), Head of the event organizing committee, said that the biggest challenge of the sales industry today is no longer selling products, but building trust and bringing seamless experiences to customers.

“Customers want to be understood, receive dedicated after-sales service and access values that suit their personal lifestyle,” Mr. Vinh emphasized.

According to Mr. Vinh, businesses are currently facing many difficulties such as fierce competition, declining purchasing power, long sales cycles and increasing pressure to personalize. In that context, technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), is changing consumer behavior. If businesses are slow in digital transformation, it will be difficult for them to maintain their advantage in the race to win customers' choice.

VSMCamp & CSMOSummit 2025 will focus on 12 main topics: From AI and automation in sales, hyper-personalization, value-based selling, team skills transformation, digital sales in B2B, to live commerce, or social selling, Sales Ops optimization, customer trust crisis management and PR sales trends.

According to the organizers, the goal of the event is to clarify how businesses can create a “quantum leap” in sales, where technology and AI are not just tools but also catalysts for creating hyper-personalized experiences.

It is expected that more than 60 experts in the fields of sales, marketing, technology and communication will participate, bringing new perspectives and solutions to businesses.
